Quantum Civil was proud to contribute to Moonee Valley City Council’s flagship project at the Debney Park practice cricket wicket facility in Flemington Sports Precinct, as experienced civil contractors in Melbourne. This initiative will elevate local sports infrastructure in Melbourne’s inner north, supporting cricket and multi-use recreation for growing communities.

Our scope included demolition of existing civil infrastructure, bulk earthworks, and subsurface drainage for optimal field performance. We delivered basketball courts built with low embodied carbon concrete pavement and kerbs, synthetic turf cricket wickets, street furniture, and landscape enhancements, all tailored for durability, sustainability, and supporting council’s commitment to climate change mitigation.

Tight coordination around existing users required robust traffic management and phased staging. Our technical expertise ensured seamless integration with minimal downtime.
