The works included the demolition and reconstruction of the existing car park, along with earthworks, stormwater drainage, bioswale construction, and essential service relocations. Quantum Civil also delivered electrical installations, asphalt pavements, concrete footpaths, kerbs, fencing, and a range of public amenities including showers, street furniture, beach access points, line marking and signage.

Given the location’s high pedestrian and vehicular traffic, the site required a disciplined approach to safety and traffic management. Quantum Civil implemented detailed staging plans and robust environmental controls to minimise disruption and maintain access throughout the project duration.
