Deledio Netball Court Revitalisation, Dunolly

Quantum Civil was engaged to revitalise a key recreational asset in Dunolly, VIC, transforming an outdated netball facility into a modern, multi-use sports precinct. As experienced community construction contractors, we were responsible for delivering a project that not only met performance and safety standards but also maximised value and usability for the local community.

The works involved the complete demolition of two existing courts and surrounding infrastructure, along with the removal of an adjacent playground to make way for a more functional and inclusive layout. We constructed a new netball court and a multi-purpose netball/tennis court with in-situ concrete edging, spoon drains, and integrated drainage infrastructure. The court surfaces were completed with high-performance acrylic coatings and professional line marking, creating spaces suitable for competitive and recreational play.

Additional works included the installation of compliant sports lighting rated to 200 Lux for netball competition, new fencing, sports furniture, and amenities designed to improve spectator and player experience. As part of our commitment to accessibility, we also delivered concrete footpaths and DDA-compliant parking bays. Custom-designed shelters, seating benches, and a water fountain were incorporated to ensure long-term usability and comfort for the community.
