North Regional Football Facility Development, Tarneit

Quantum Civil was engaged to deliver civil works for a major community facility construction project within the Wyndham Stadium precinct in Tarneit, VIC — the new Regional Football Facility. Designed to support local football clubs, National Premier League programs and elite player development pathways, this bold precinct forms a critical part of the city’s long-term vision for community and professional sport infrastructure.

Working to a tight delivery timeframe, Quantum Civil was tasked with fast-tracking the civil package to ensure the facility was ready ahead of the upcoming football season. Our scope of work included extensive subgrade improvements and the installation of precision ACO drainage to support the three FIFA-accredited football fields. We also delivered asphalt and gravel pavements, concrete footpaths, concrete edging, kerbs, and line marking — all executed to Australian Standards and Wyndham City specifications.

Additional works involved constructing approach roads to the new pavilion building and installing street furniture and wayfinding signage to support ease of access and enhance public amenity. The project required close coordination with multiple stakeholders and a high level of quality control to ensure durability, functionality and compliance across the entire precinct.

Delivered on time and with a clear focus on long-term community benefit, the Wyndham Regional Football Facility demonstrates Quantum Civil’s expertise in community facility construction.
