St Francis Catholic College’s external works package needed to balance finish quality with cost certainty while improving drainage performance and day-to-day circulation across the campus.
Quantum Civil delivered the works from formation through to finishing, beginning with bulk and detailed earthworks and progressing into stormwater drainage installation to establish reliable capture and conveyance before pavement placement.
Concrete edging locked in line and level control at critical interfaces, followed by light duty concrete pavements across plain grey, coloured and coloured aggregate finishes to suit circulation needs and achieve a consistent visual outcome across the campus environment.
Budget pressure and mixed-finish presentation requirements were key constraints, so sequencing and procurement were managed as deliberate controls. A value-led delivery approach was applied, with level checks maintained to achieve compliant falls and workfronts staged to protect completed surfaces and reduce rework risk across interfaces.
The result is a cohesive external environment with reliable stormwater performance and consistent pavement presentation, improving wet-weather usability and supporting long-term campus functionality.
