Broadmeadows Special Developmental School required clearer, safer movement lines around an active campus, delivered without interrupting day-to-day operations.

Quantum Civil delivered the civil scope, commencing with bulk and detailed earthworks to establish stable formation and consistent levels across upgraded circulation areas, with survey set-out used to control grades, tie-ins and interface points.

Concrete edging and concrete crossovers were constructed to define vehicle interfaces and reinforce high-wear connection points, creating clear edges and predictable transitions for ongoing use and maintenance practicality.

Tight access conditions and limited delivery space were the key constraint. Logistics and plant movements were managed through staged deliveries, sequenced workfronts and traffic management controls to maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle separation while completed areas were progressively protected and handed over.

The upgrade provides robust access routes and clearly defined interfaces that support safe daily use in a specialist education setting and reduce ongoing upkeep requirements.
